Linux Administrator
- Analyzing the existing process and perform POC for OpenShift onboarding
- Installs, configures, and upgrades Linux operating systems and applications
- Sets up and manages user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Analyze storage performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing adjustments for optimization
- Provisioning NFS storage, configuration and backup
- Proactively monitoring storage usage, planning for future capacity needs, and managing data lifecycle policies to ensure efficient storage utilization.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to network connectivity, and file system access.
- Implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in various environments
- Ensure cluster health, stability, and high availability.
- Manage Kubernetes resources, including nodes, pods, deployments, and services.
- Monitor cluster performance and troubleshoot issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OpenShift environments.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of Isilon configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills For Linux Admin
- Expertise in Linux Administration
- Hands-on experience in Unix Shell Scripting
- Hands-on experience in OpenShift
- Experience on Storage (NFS, X3) provisioning configuration and backup
- Experience in Kubernetes
- Networking skills with troubleshooting experience
Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 a year
