- Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Slack, Miro and Smartsheet technologies
- Promote knowledge sharing on Slack, Miro, Smartsheet features.
- Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements
- Resolve user questions in Slack channels and provide how-to knowledge of using these tools
- Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.
- Run and organize UAT for new workflows
- Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet
- Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
- Smartsheet and Miro maintenance activities
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
