Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Role Summary: We're an innovative startup dedicated to protecting AI systems from sophisticated reverse prompt engineering attacks. As our Co-founder & CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology vision, building cutting-edge solutions, and leading the technical strategy to position our startup at the forefront of AI security.
What Success Looks Like: Success in this role means architecting and delivering robust cybersecurity solutions tailored specifically to safeguard AI infrastructure. You'll build and lead a high-performing engineering team, develop innovative techniques to detect and mitigate prompt engineering attacks, and establish our technology as the trusted standard for AI cybersecurity in the industry.
Role within Our Organization: As a Co-founder, you'll work directly alongside the CEO, influencing the strategic direction of the company. You’ll be integral in fundraising, product development, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of advanced cybersecurity frameworks specifically aimed at protecting AI systems from reverse prompt engineering.
- Lead technical research to proactively identify emerging threats and integrate findings into our protective solutions.
- Build and manage a dynamic technical team, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, system architecture, and technology standards.
- Represent the technical vision of our startup in investor meetings, industry conferences, and client engagements.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity, particularly around AI systems, reverse engineering, or prompt security.
- Demonstrable technical leadership and experience in startup environments, ideally in roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, or senior cybersecurity leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, cybersecurity tooling, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A relevant educational background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
