Description
We are in the search for a skilled Systems Administrator to become a part of our dynamic team in New York, United States. In this role, you will be expected to manage and fine-tune Microsoft 365 applications, ensure secure and easy accessibility of cloud-based applications, and offer expert technical support.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle and optimize Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Outlook.
- Keep up with the latest trends to implement best practices for the maximum efficiency of Microsoft 365 and cloud tools.
- Guarantee smooth integration and security of all cloud-based applications.
- Organize informative training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption of Microsoft 365 and other IT tools among staff.
- Offer prompt and clear technical support to resolve any software and application-related problems.
- Create easy-to-understand documentation, FAQs, and guides for self-service support.
- Act as an IT intermediary, facilitating communication between technical teams and end users.
Requirements
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Enterprise
- Strong expertise in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to efficiently utilize and manage Intune
- Solid understanding of system administration concepts and best practices
- Proven troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
- Readiness to participate in after-hours support and maintenance when required
