Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator, located in Athens, GA. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the network infrastructure is functioning optimally. The role involves overseeing server, computer, and network administration tasks, deploying and maintaining critical service platforms that protect clients, and collaborating with teammates to deliver excellent customer service.
While the majority of support is provided remotely, you may need to travel on-site to client offices from time to time. Hybrid/remote work options are available once the training and shadowing terms are completed after hire.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and Network Administration
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Solid background in Information Technology
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus
