Description
We are in the process of hiring a Systems Administrator, based in Greer, South Carolina. The role is primarily focused on technical services within an emerging industry, requiring the successful candidate to work onsite five days a week. The position is contract-based, offering a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot various technologies, including Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall technologies.
Manage and maintain Active Directory services.
Handle computer hardware issues, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Oversee the backup technologies, ensuring data is secure and readily available when needed.
Support the relocation of manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting with customer requirements as needed.
Collaborate with global teams, liaising with counterparts in different locations.
Manage customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records and processing applications as necessary.
Implement and manage new ERP systems, working closely with third-party vendors.
Requirements
Proficient in Cisco Technologies, able to effectively manage and troubleshoot associated systems.
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, with the ability to implement and maintain solutions.
Experience with Cloud Technologies, including cloud management and cloud security.
Knowledge of Dell Technologies, ability to utilize these technologies to meet business needs.
Skilled in Firewall Technologies, capable of ensuring system security and mitigating risk.
Proficient in Active Directory, with experience managing user accounts and access.
Experience with Backup Technologies, capable of implementing and maintaining backup systems.
Knowledge of Cluster Analysis, ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
Familiarity with Computer Hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair as necessary.
