Must have skills:
-JIRA Configuration and Management (install/configure/maintain JIRA instances, manage user accounts, create projects/boards, workflows etc)
-JIRA integration with other applications.
-Agile and Kanban frameworks. Managing boards for both Dev and Support work types.
-Writing JQL.
-Troubleshooting and quick issue resolution.
-Familiarity with any scripting is add-on.
