Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure & Datacenter Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across all layers of IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of desktop systems, servers, network equipment, and storage solutions, as well as supporting overall datacenter operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems administration, network troubleshooting, and enterprise-grade datacenter environments.
- Desktop Support: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user systems including PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Software and hardware support, user account management, and desktop security maintenance.
- Server Support: Administration and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers, including patch management, performance tuning, system backups, and troubleshooting server-related issues.
- Network Support: Configuration and monitoring of LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Network performance optimization and issue resolution.
- Storage Management: Support and maintenance of SAN/NAS systems, storage provisioning, backup/restore processes, and disaster recovery planning.
- Overall Datacenter Support: End-to-end management of datacenter operations, including hardware lifecycle management, infrastructure monitoring, power/cooling oversight, physical and virtual environment maintenance, and ensuring high availability and uptime.
