Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst I in Juno Beach, Florida. As a part of our team, you will be conducting complex operational analyses and leading project teams in support of business decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to ensure efficient operations within the business unit.
- Conduct complex analyses of operational data to provide insights for informed decision making.
- Collaborate with other business units for various initiatives.
- Review and approve findings and reports to be presented to senior management.
- Utilize statistical analysis skills to interpret data and trends.
- Guide and mentor lower level analysts in their duties.
- Ensure all conducted procedures comply with management principles.
- Validate plans and strategies before their implementation.
- Handle onboarding and staffing procedures as per the business requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage the contingent workforce.
- Oversee the expense accounts and commission functions within the business unit.
Requirements
- Must possess strong skills in Management, with an ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Should have a deep understanding of Procedures, including development, implementation, and review.
- Requires experience in Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Familiarity with Staffing processes and strategies is needed.
- Must have knowledge of Conductivity, and its application in the business context.
- Ability to manage Suppliers effectively, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products or services.
- Must understand the functions of a Commission, including its structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Should be comfortable with Onsite work, including occasional travel or relocation.
- Strong Decision-Making skills are necessary, with an ability to make informed choices quickly.
- Must be able to manage an Expense Account, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Should have experience working in or with a Business Unit, understanding its operations and objectives.
- Must have the ability to create and implement Validation Plans.
- Should have a strong grasp of Statistical Analysis, using data to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity measures and protocols is required.
- Experience working with Project Teams, including coordination and collaboration, is necessary.
- Understanding of NIS (Network and Information Systems) is essential.
- Familiarity with Nerc standards and regulations is required.
- Experience managing a Contingent Workforce, including hiring, training, and supervision, is needed.
