We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of Catalyze's IT infrastructure and providing top-tier support to end-users. This multifaceted position requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to enhancing the overall user experience.

You Will:
- Play a key role in high-level decision-making processes related to technology systems, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives accordingly.
- Drive the strategic vision for IT systems and support, aligning with Catalyze goals and contributing to the overall organizational strategy.
- Provide input and collaborate with executive leadership on budget planning and allocation for IT systems and support initiatives.
- Oversee relationships with IT vendors and partners, ensuring that services and solutions align with organizational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with both internal and external team members to ensure the efficiency and scalability of our technology systems.
- Design, implement, and manage robust IT networks and AV infrastructure across various nationally located offices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, support processes, and issue resolutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall technical proficiency.
- Lead and oversee end-user relations and experiences during new platform implementations and workflow changes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of user satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, including SAAS.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks related to IT systems and support, implementing measures to mitigate and manage these risks.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of the State where you reside
- Ability and willingness to pass background checks
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and systems engineering, system administration, network administration, AV infrastructure, cloud platforms, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as SIEM solutions, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Leadership experience, including the ability to lead and mentor a support team.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, Sec+, Net+ or similar are a plus.
