What You Need To Bring To The Table
5-7 years in O365 full suite support
Strong Intune skills (updates, imaging, app development — you name it)
MS Exchange for onboarding/offboarding
Level 2-3 service desk chops and deep hardware troubleshooting (yes, BIOS-level stuff)
Bonus points if you know PowerBI, Batch scripting, and can help draft IT policies and procedures.
