Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities:

Initial front-line support & Service Desk Tickets – for assigned Location(s).
Setup & configuration of new Personal computers (Load base “Image” + Local setup)
Installation of any special software requiring Admin Access (e.g., Adobe, AutoCAD, UPS, etc.…)
Setup and configuration of new/existing Printers, and adjustment of Print server settings.
Assist with setup and maintenance of Active Directory accounts.
Assist with setup and maintenance of Exchange mailboxes.
Collection and disposal of decommissioned equipment.
Installation and support of local Networking gear – Switches, Firewalls, etc.…
Work with VP of IT and Security & System Administrators on special IT projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in C.S. (or related advanced education) - Preferred
Must be able to work with end-users in an office environment
Experience with Microsoft Operating systems (such as Windows10, Windows 11, etc.…) - Required.
Basic understanding of MS Networking and Active Directory - Required
Knowledge of Citrix Terminal server, beneficial but not required.
Additional MS Certifications are beneficial, but not required.
Dependable transportation (business related mileage paid)
Smartphone for Dept. Communications – (Required and paid)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
