JOB SUMMARY
The TWD IT Application Administrator ensures the application works in line with business expectations and is the point of contact in the company for first level support. The role acts as the key point for Track Wise Digital administration that includes monitoring the system to ensure it works in line with business needs, addressing any end-user issues as well as training needs, working with external resource.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Certified training in IT related field or equivalent
Proficient in Windows environment
Familiarity with GMP requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives working in a team-based environment but also enjoys working independently.
Preferred:
Demonstrated successful implementation of at least one similar or larger scale computer system.
Demonstrated cost savings, process improvements or revenue enhancements.
2 to 4 years related TWD experience: configuration, validation, implementation, and/or system admin.
4 to 6 years in computer system validation and analytical instrumentation testing.
COMPENSATION:
$83,920 - $115,390
