• Good to have basics of UNIX shell scripting, HTML5

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
Desirable Technical Skills:-
• Strong development experience in Core JAVA, JSP, SPRINGS, HIBERNATE
• Database - Oracle10G
• Operating System - Windows and UNIX
Mandatory Functional Skills:-
- Ability & flexibility to deliver development skill and technically lead a small offshore teams and be accountable for deliverables they make.

- Added advantage if airline and HR domain knowledge is present

Responsibilities to shoulder:-
- Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the user request.
- Understand the requirements and develop Java/JBOSS code as per industry standards, bug free and on time delivery
- Ensure to incorporate the dependencies when integrating the system with other external interfaces
- 4.. Coordinate technically with the Application, Database, Middleware and QA support teams.
