What is a Sustainability Data Wizz at Prinova?
The role will be fundamental to the delivery of our sustainability ambitions at Prinova and to demonstrate our commitment to grow responsibly as a business. The primarily responsibility of the role-holder will be to work with multiple functions across the business to produce accurate, high-quality sustainability reports and disclosures, enabling internal and external stakeholders to understand the material sustainability topics we are focused on, the progress we are making in these areas and the challenges we are working to resolve. The role-holder will also act as an ESG data and tools subject-matter-expert. They will review our current data architecture and making recommendations for improvement that will ensure more seamless and accurate data collection and reporting. This will include the assessment and implementation of new tools and systems that lead to long-term value creation.

What to expect?
- The project management and production of sustainability reports and ESG/climate-related disclosures (Eg. EcoVadis, CDP, SECR) ensuring robust, timely, auditable and transparent reporting processes in collaboration with our partners and Prinova functional teams.
- Optimize the data collection process in-house, ensuring strong collaboration between data providers and the sustainability team. Support initiatives to harmonize data and improve data quality.
- Research external best practice and be proactive in bringing and implementing a best-in-class approach to sustainability reporting, regularly sharing industry trends and insights.
- Act as an SME for ESG data management including the design of an appropriate data architecture and implementation of data management best practices.
- Create an ESG data and reporting roadmap, including identifying, assessing and implementing relevant IT solutions.
- Ensure all projects are well coordinated with different key stakeholders, on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with sustainability regulations, industry standards, and best practices, benchmarking against competitors and ensuring compliance with environmental laws and certifications.

- Proficient in handling and analyzing large data sets, with strong critical-thinking skills to tackle complex problems.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining efficient, effective reporting processes including an effective data architecture that will support agile and accurate reporting.
- Highly developed reporting skills honed to focus on identifying relevant information with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
- Experience assessing and implementing data management tools and creating associated governance structures.
- Experience with reporting tools and proficiency with business intelligence platforms and analytics tools like PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Fabric.
- The ability to communicate with various stakeholders, building relationships across the business and with our external partners.
- Proven experience of project management with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing workload and deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
