- Compensation OTE (On Target Earnings): $130k - $190k

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and innovative outreach methods.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with potential clients to understand their specific landscape maintenance needs and challenges, tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that highlight the company’s comprehensive services, unique value proposition, and competitive advantages.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at commercial properties, HOAs, property management companies, and other potential clients.
- Sales Closing: Expertly negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the Boston area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and account management, to ensure seamless project onboarding and exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the service industry, with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Hunter Mentality: Strong prospecting skills, a relentless drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- Relationship Building: A natural ability to establish and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Local Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Boston, MA market and an understanding of the local commercial landscape industry.
