Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Authorization Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IAM workflows and governance, specifically using SailPoint ICS. This role involves managing user access, ensuring compliance with security policies, and optimizing IAM processes.

Responsibilities

· Access Management: Administer user accounts, roles, and access privileges within the IAM system, ensuring that the right individuals have the appropriate access to resources.

· Workflow Management: Design, implement, and manage IAM workflows using SailPoint to automate and streamline access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

· Governance: Enforce IAM governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards. Configure and support Access Reviews.

· Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, working closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain system integrity and security.

· Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of IAM processes and generate reports to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

· User Training: Provide training and support to users on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, workflows, and governance policies.

· Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with teams to understand access requirements and implement appropriate controls and workflows

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on workflows and governance using SailPoint.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint ICS, including lifecycle management, compliance manager, and access governance modules. Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address IAM issues effectively.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

· Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with IAM tool SailPoint ICS, Entra ID, CyberArk, Saviynt

· Experience onboarding applications to IAM program across platforms (Windows, iSeries, Linux, mobile devices) in both on premise and cloud environments.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

· Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow, Ivant
