Job Title: IAM Analyst

Role: Support the State of Rhode Island's enterprise IAM team by managing identity lifecycle processes, performing security group and user entitlement reviews, and providing operational support for enterprise identity systems
Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory and Entra ID P2, supporting user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications, conducting security group reviews, performing user entitlement reviews, developing RBAC matrix, and resolving IAM-related support tickets in ServiceNow.
The role also includes supporting identity and access management for Workday, supporting integration efforts between Workday and IAM platforms, and ensuring IAM processes align with NIST 800-53 and other public sector security requirements.
Qualifications: Experience working with Active Directory and Entra ID P2, strong understanding of IAM best practices, familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems, experience supporting Workday ERP or similar enterprise applications, knowledge of public sector security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and IAM compliance requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with identity governance tools (e.g., Entra ID, DUO, or similar platforms), understanding of SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies, security or IAM-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, or Security+).
