About the Role: Lead strategy development and project execution as we integrate our growing number of brands from their own legacy platforms and systems onto our Enterprise Microsoft365 environment. Provide ongoing support to users, unlocking their full potential. Administer cutting-edge suite of collaborative tools (Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint). Build a community around our Microsoft software suite and empower users to maximize their productivity with expert training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment
- Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365 platforms
- Implement user identities, and services in Microsoft 365
- Perform regular audits to monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 usage and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 platform issues
- Provide technical support and guidance for end users
- Develop and deliver end-user training on Microsoft 365 applications
- Administer, monitor, and optimize cloud-based Windows servers in Azure
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage, and networks in Azure or other cloud environments
- Configure and optimize Azure resources for application performance
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies for cloud and on-premises Windows environments
- Implement security patches and conduct security audits on the tenant
- Design and implement cloud-based backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Work in our ticket queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and costs
- Implement Microsoft 365 policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other tools
- Manage select legacy hybrid cloud environments for seamless connectivity and interoperability
- Administer client tickets related to Microsoft Modern workplace services
- Manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc...
- This position may require occasional work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support critical system updates, issue resolution, or project deadlines
Qualifications:
- A minimum experience of 5+ years functioning as Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or a related field
- Strong background and expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, Microsoft Priva, Intune, Entra, and related services
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and configuration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 deployments and configurations
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security features, data protection, compliance requirements, and ability to implement and enforce security best practices
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts in the context of Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and mail flow troubleshooting
- Fundamental understanding of network and internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP etc.)
- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest trends, updates, and advancements in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Solid analysis and design skills as well as good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves working with various teams and stakeholders
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert is a plus

Compensation: This is a salaried position ranging from $95,000-$110,000 per year depending on a variety of factors.
