A client in Richmond, Texas is seeking a Server Admin for a 2-month contract
Hybrid role working onsite 3 days a week.
Responsible for supporting the server infrastructure and network operations. Installs, configures, supports, troubleshoots, maintains, and designs the server infrastructure, Exchange server, Windows Server, and network devices.
Responsible for implementing Active Directory and Group Policy standards to be utilized within server operations. Responsible for the monitoring of the infrastructure.
Participate in the planning of policies, procedures, and objectives for own work group and department.
VMWARE service implementations, Security Software configuration, and administration across multiple platforms.
Install, maintain, monitor, and document the server infrastructure to assist in providing reliable server operations. Achieved by utilizing the SCCM monitoring tool, help star request, IT resource tool
Identifies, analyzes, and initiates resolutions as third-level support for all LAN/WAN, data storage, Active Directory, and Group Policy for all local and remote server infrastructure devices to provide timely problem resolution.
