HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 2 WED/THUR of each week (LOCAL CANDIDATE only!!)
Seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the project team in alignment with the department, divisional, and business unit objectives. This role will provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, resource management, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of his/her team. They will deliver Enterprise-wide digital transformation projects involving a large set of stakeholders & dependencies
Manage Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems:
- Follow SDLC methodology(Agile/Waterfall) and deliverables
- Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status
- Co-ordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain Quality, Cost & Delivery aspects of the project
- Manage project forecasts, budget, variance etc. and ensure project is on track
- Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business & IT Leadership
System Analysis for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems Following SDLC methodology(Agile & Waterfall) and creating deliverables(scope doc/functional specs etc.):
- Workstop facilitation(e.g. JAD Sessions), data analysis, business process and workflow analysis/documentation
- Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog.
Collaborate with Product Owners and multiple product teams with varying levels of Agile maturity to define product goals backlogs and roadmaps leading to successful delivery:
- Team coordination: Ensure teams operate with agreed team cadence. Provide support to help teams reflect learn and improve on their Agile practice
- Dependency coordination: Work with teams to identify and manage interactive dependencies within a complex systems environment
- Track and manage team Visual Management Boards: Help teams to maintain their team data and collateral; keeping relevant over time to changing needs of the business
- Continuous improvement: Provide mentoring support to Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practices
- Work with the teams to identify and mitigate impediments and risks to the program
IDEAL candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Experience delivering Customer Facing Enterprise Digital programs involving numerous external vendors and internal teams using Agile at Scale(SAFE framework) for delivery
- Strong Technical background & general business acumen to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects
- Experience delivering programs that involve complex data, transactions or integrations
- Experience working with enterprise organizations such as Enterprise Architecture, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Legal, Procurement, etc
- Financials -Budget Management, Forecasting etc. Familiar with SOWs and procurement process
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain project Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Hands on experience with Agile practices
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Multiple Product teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
7+ years as a Project Manager, delivering IT projects using Waterfall and AGILE methodologies and processes.
Ability to perform multiple roles: Scrum Master, Project Manager and Business Analyst
Experience managing project plans, schedules, reports and budgets for deliver programs
Experience delivering Enterprise Digital platforms (Customer Facing) or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations
Experienced with Budget Management & Forecasting
Experience delivering projects using Agile at Scale SAFE framework
Experience using various project tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
Education: Bachelor s Degree or other related field or equivalent work experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Automotive industry background, business acumen & understanding of OEM-Dealer eco-system & digital Sales process for retailing automobiles online.
Understanding of SalesForce ecosystem/family of Products
Experience with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, delivery & support operations
