Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management for key gaming initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to streamline workflows and drive execution
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking to maximize efficiency and output
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, milestones, and roadblocks
- Resource Planning: Ensure the right talent and tools are allocated effectively across multiple projects
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet business and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For:- 7+ years of project management experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product development cycles
- Proven success in managing multiple, high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and execute with precision
