As a Microsoft 365 Administrator at Bluewave, you will support the management and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 environment, helping to ensure smooth operations and secure access across the organization. In this role, you will assist with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune, while gaining hands-on experience in security, compliance, and system administration. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance IT efficiency, provide technical support, and contribute to ongoing improvements. What You'll Do
Microsoft 365 Administration - Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft EntraID.
- Assist in configuring security policies, conditional access, and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and user access issues.
- Administer Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
- Assist in licensing and user provisioning within Microsoft 365.
- Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, workflows, and security settings.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance SharePoint functionality and usability.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for SharePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with departments to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
IT Support & Collaboration - Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-users, resolving escalated technical issues.
- Assist with desktop support, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Review of MSP’s weekly inventory report.
- Work with our third-party managed services help desk to ensure smooth IT operations:
- Coordination + maintenance for on-boarding offshore contractors.
- Maintain IT documentation, including knowledge base articles and system configurations.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft EntraID.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management.
- Understanding of security best practices, compliance policies, and Microsoft Defender solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex IT issues.
- Experience providing desktop support and working with a managed services provider.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. The ability to close the loop on items.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation.

Compensation And Benefits
- $85k-$105k base, depending on experience
