Insight Global is seeking IT Administrator to support a medical device manufacturing client. This person will be reporting to two different locations to administer IT support. This person will be required to be onsite in Laconia, NH 4 days a week and in Wilmington, MA 1 day a week. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
Position: IT Administrator
Location: Fully on-site in Laconia, NH (4 days/week) and Wilmington, MA (1 day/week)
Duration: 3-month contract with a possibility to convert FTE
*Cap salary upon FTE conversion ~$90,000
Compensation: $25/hr to $45/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Description:
In this role, you will be client-facing desk side support. You will be ensuring optimal IT performances, security, and support for all users. You will be the key IT stakeholder in site operations, supporting business operations, continuous improvement and innovation projects while maintaining alignment with company IT standards and best practices.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support/System Administrator role or similar
- Able to provide after-hours support when required to support business operations
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Experience managing and maintaining Entra Admin and Active Directory environment, including but not limited to user and group management, security and group policies
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of workstations, and laptops, including all site hardware, software, UPSs, printers and copiers
- Provide escalated support to associates, including but not limited to troubleshooting hardware and software issues
