FCI is in search of a seasoned IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be based in our Frederick, CO location and will report directly to the IT Director, providing essential support for the daily administrative functions of the IT department. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and infrastructure, contributing to the overall security and efficiency of our systems. FCI is an EEO employer.

Requirements/Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, along with relevant industry-standard certifications (MCSA, Network+, Security+, A+).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Windows System Administrator, Linux Systems Administrator, or Network Administrator or Help desk Manager.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure cabling with experience installing and repairing cables, racks, switches and troubleshooting physical layer issues.
- Proficiency with network testing tools.
- Proficiency in domain services using Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, and DHCP.
- Advanced deployment using Microsoft Intune for devices.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in IT and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
