Job Title: SOC Tier 3 Analyst
Location: Auburn Hills/Farmington/Michigan (onsite job, candidates should be local within 40 miles)
Duration: 5 months contract

Job Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical investigation and forensics in malware, phishing, CASB, network, and configuration compliance domains
Perform reviews of investigated incidents by Tier 1/Tier 2 Analysts to improve ticket quality
Collaborate with the SOC Manager to improve workflows within the SOC, including automation and process optimization
Education Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Cyber Security OR equivalent degree OR 10 years experience
Familiarity with tools such as Crowdstrike, Tanium Sumo, O365
Experience:
5 years in information security/technology, preferably in a SOC/NOC
4 years experience with various operating systems and standard monitoring, logging, alerting and investigation processes
2 years incident response experience
2 years experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, Java, Bash
Certifications:
CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, GCIA, GCIH, GREM, or GPEN.
