Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Pittsburgh , PA
Contract : 10 Months
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Treasury Services team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in project planning, business process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for customers and all groups within the organization for small-scale projects.
- Collect and define requirements, translate them into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes.
- Support testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
- Document all project takeaways and coordinate with impacted stakeholders to address and resolve any issues.
- Assist with project management for selected (sub)projects.
- Act as the liaison between the product/business and technology teams.
- Identify automation and/or efficiency opportunities.
- Oversee and manage any initiatives aimed at advancing the project.
- Develop training materials as required. Provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal defects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst environment required.
- Demonstrated success in planning and managing programs involving multiple sub-projects.
- Experience with Treasury Services products and services, such as cash management, liquidity, trade finance, billing, and electronic banking, is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
