Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Systems Administration.
- Proficiency with Windows computers, Apple iPads, and Local Area Networks.
- Expertise in Windows Server and troubleshooting.
- Ability to train users on Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to learn new business applications quickly.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with dealership applications (CDK DMS system, manufacturer systems, etc.).
- Knowledge of managing system logs and activity on print/file servers.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and hardware recommendations.
