Business Analyst – Ethics & Integrity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Business Analyst to join our Charlotte team and support or gloabal Ethics and Integrity Programs! This hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC, with on-site work required 3 days a week. The position focuses on supporting our Ethics & Integrity Program aimed at enhancing business integrity and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS case management system and follow up on reports.
- Conduct trend analyses and reviews of case data.
- Assist with targeted awareness campaigns and lessons learned initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for compliance systems and ensure training and certifications are completed.
- Support other projects and priorities within the Ethics & Integrity team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Legal, Finance, Compliance, Auditing, or Risk.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level roles welcome).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with business integrity risk management and corporate control environments is a plus.
- Experience in forensic accountancy, auditing, whistleblowing, or investigations is advantageous.
