Education and Years of Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with experience in managing SaaS platforms.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Telecom Expense Management Experience: Experience working with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms, or a deep understanding of the telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Agile Development: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience in leading Agile development teams.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Python and back-end development processes is preferred, enabling you to communicate effectively with the development team.
- Backlog Management Tools: Proficiency with backlog management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage analytics and KPIs to inform product decisions and measure the success of features post-launch.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver features on time.
- SaaS Platform Experience: Prior experience in building or managing SaaS platforms, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Agile Product Manager is a plus.
- Telecom Industry Knowledge: Experience in telecom billing, expense management, or IT asset management is highly preferred.

- Ability to report to or work in an office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including attending virtual meetings and managing product development activities.
- Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and monitor for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members through digital collaboration tools (e.g., video calls, emails, chat platforms).
