Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the organization's business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement integration strategies between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance through effective architecture design.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, SCM, HCM, and Procurement.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends to recommend innovations and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP architecture, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).
- Expertise in cloud architecture, middleware technologies, and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Fusion certification(s).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning in ERP systems.
