Description
We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team based in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Systems Administrator, you will be expected to manage and optimize our technology platforms, including servers, storage, and networks. Your role will also involve ensuring the security of our systems and providing technical support for project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the integration of server services and provide necessary infrastructure support
Ensure the optimal performance of systems and networks through continuous monitoring
Uphold security compliance by managing security systems
Provide technical escalation support when needed
Take part in project implementation and assist with technical aspects
Mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment and enhance team skills
Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical procedures
Utilize knowledge of Cisco Technologies and Firewall Technologies to support system operations
Manage Active Directory and Backup Technologies for efficient system functioning
Operate VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Exchange to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is necessary for this role.
Expertise in Firewall Technologies is required.
Must have knowledge of Active Directory.
Familiarity with Backup Technologies is a must.
Experience With VMware Is Required.
Knowledge of Citrix is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange is necessary.
