What You'll Do:
As a
Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Technology Alignment Reviews for clients and Network Assessments for prospective clients
- Managing hardware, software, and cloud inventories while maintaining detailed client documentation
- Performing proactive maintenance to eliminate reactive issues and recurring problems
- Supporting security initiatives, including reviewing incidents and providing actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to align their IT infrastructure with industry best practices
- Escalating and resolving Tier II technical issues while supporting Service Center Technicians
We're looking for someone with the potential to grow into roles that require strategic thinking and client-facing responsibilities, such as providing enriching recommendations or consulting with clients to align technology with business goals.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in systems administration, including knowledge of Windows servers, basic networking, and technical infrastructure
- Certifications such as A+, Net+, or SEC+ (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to document technical information effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- The ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-focused attitude with experience building relationships and providing high-quality service
