Key Responsibilities
As the CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technology strategy, with a special focus on data and AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include
Strategic Leadership in Data & AI:
- Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that prioritizes AI, machine learning (ML), and data analytics.
- Identify trends in AI and data technologies to position the company as an industry leader in advanced technology consulting.
Innovation and R&D:
- Spearhead the exploration and development of cutting-edge data and AI solutions, from predictive analytics to natural language processing (NLP).
- Build an innovation pipeline that delivers breakthrough technologies to enhance client outcomes.
Data-Driven Culture:
- Establish best practices for data governance, analytics, and integration across the organization.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and AI adoption within the company and among client teams.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top talent in AI, ML, and data engineering fields.
Client-Centric Solutions:
- Design and deliver bespoke AI and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs, enabling digital transformation and measurable ROI.
- Serve as the company’s primary thought leader and spokesperson in AI and data technologies, representing the firm at industry events and with key clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the implementation of scalable AI and data platforms that ensure security, reliability, and compliance.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI and data solutions into existing client workflows and systems.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles with a focus on AI, data analytics, or advanced technologies.
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in AI and ML technologies, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and AI ethics.
- Proven success in building and deploying scalable data infrastructures and AI models in enterprise settings.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Big Data, cloud-based analytics, IoT) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Leadership & Communication:
- Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams to excel in complex technical domains.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Vision:
- A track record of aligning AI and data strategies with business objectives to drive innovation and deliver value.
- Deep understanding of the ethical and regulatory considerations in AI and data usage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $193,427.00 – $209,035.00 per year
