Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - US Healthcare Domain

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in
post-acute care, long-term care, and expertise in EMR/EHR systems. If you are passionate

Key Responsibilities
- Client Business Understanding
- Analyze and understand the end-to-end business workflows in post-acute
care and long-term care settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify client challenges and deliver
tailored solutions.
- Support Sales with Use Cases and Solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to design use cases, workflows, and
solution blueprints specific to post-acute and long-term care clients.
- Present solutions that demonstrate the value of our products in addressing
client pain points.
- Requirement Documentation
- Gather and document client requirements to create comprehensive product
requirement documents (PRDs).
- Ensure all requirements align with client needs and healthcare industry
standards.
- Validate Product Solutions
- Review and validate solutions developed by the product team, ensuring
alignment with post-acute and long-term care workflows.
- Provide constructive feedback to refine product functionality and usability.
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and implement scalable solutions for clients, leveraging your
expertise in post-acute and long-term care.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both the development team and clients,
ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards
- Stay updated on evolving healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST,
HIE, PHI, and other compliance standards.
- Ensure all solutions meet or exceed regulatory and security requirements.
- EMR/EHR Expertise
- Leverage experience working with a wide range of EMR and EHR systems
used in post-acute and long-term care settings.
- Provide guidance on system integrations, interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12),
and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or
a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in the US Healthcare domain, focusing on post-acute
care and long-term care.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions for EMR/EHR
systems in healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of workflows and operational challenges in post-acute
and long-term care environments.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, X12, and
healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITRUST, HIE, and PHI.
- Exposure to a broad range of EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner,
PointClickCare, Allscripts, Athenahealth).
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to
diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
