Job Title: CTO of a startup building Vertical AI Agents for property management SaaS

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary CTO to lead First Wave AI’s technical direction and execution. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is excited to lead the AI revolution in 2025, and is ready to work alongside our founding team to refine, scale, and deliver our platform.
You won’t be starting from scratch—we already have a strong foundation in place. You’ll:
- Own the tech stack: Guide the development of our AI products and infrastructure, including front-end, back-end, AI integrations, and cloud systems.
- Enhance scalability: Build and optimize a robust architecture to support growth in customers, data, and AI-driven features.
- Prepare for funding: Ensure our platform is investor-ready with scalable code, secure infrastructure, and demonstrable milestones.
- Recruit and lead: Post-fundraise, you’ll build and mentor a high-performing engineering team to continue scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- MVP Refinement: Finalize and scale our core products (e.g., Sales Hero, Customer Sidekick) to support existing pilots and upcoming customers.
- AI Integration: Work with cutting-edge tools like OpenAI APIs, custom LLMs, and cloud-based NLP systems to power our solutions.
- Team Building: Create a collaborative, innovative engineering culture and recruit top-tier talent post-funding.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Oversee cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Product Development: Contribute hands-on to system architecture, front-end/back-end development, and API integrations.
