About Numeral
Numeral is a payment technology provider that enables fintechs, payment services providers, and banks to launch new products, expand geographically, comply with payment regulations, and scale their operations with Numeral's cloud-native, API-first payments platform.
We develop and run direct integrations with a network of 30+ partner banks (including BNP Paribas, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, Banking Circle, LHV…) that can all be accessed through a single API, webhooks, and dashboard.
Customers include leading and up-and-coming fintechs like Spendesk, Swile, Alma, WorldFirst, Argentex, Deblock, and 20+ others. We have processed more than 4m payments since our first payment in 2023 and will process more than 10m payments over the next 12 months.
Founded in July 2021, Numeral has been acquired by leading core banking system provider Mambu in December 2024. Mambu’s composable core banking system complements Numeral’s API-first payments platform perfectly. Together, we are poised for hyper-growth, serving both Mambu and non-Mambu customers globally, challenging industry giants like FIS, Bottomline, and Volante, and delivering an even greater impact across our ecosystem.

The role
As a Solutions Engineer at Numeral, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire sales cycle, from lead creation to deal closing, working alongside Account Executives to ensure prospects fully understand the value of Numeral’s solutions. You will act as a bridge between partnerships, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
Numeral offers two key solutions: a managed bank connectivity platform and a payments hub. Our product operates at the intersection of banks' cash management channels and customers' internal systems. Every prospect – whether a modernising incumbent or a new player – requires tailored solutions engineering to maximise the value of the Numeral platform and accelerate their implementation and time-to-market.
You will collaborate with fintechs, banks, our parent company Mambu, and our bank and technology partners. As an integral part of the lead-to-opportunity conversation, you will not only showcase the transformative benefits of reinventing payment infrastructure with Numeral, but also help unlock greater deal potential.
Aligned with our challenger sales philosophy, you will work proactively with Account Executives and prospects to design architectures that deliver the greatest value to our customers, contributing to both their success and Numeral’s growth.
At Numeral, we embrace a strong hybrid working culture with the flexibility to work remotely or from any Mambu office (Paris, London, Amsterdam…). While you can choose your preferred work style, travel across Europe may be required up to once a month, typically for team meetings or supporting Account Executives to close deals with prospects.
