POSITION SUMMARY
You will be providing direct IT support for internal company employees. Our team focuses on ensuring we deliver friendly support in a timely fashion while ensuring we communicate with all involved parties. We believe everyone in IT is here to help as a first priority. We accept IT requests from all sources and use a ticketing system to track, collaborate, and resolve requests. This role is an advanced experience position, and you will be expected to take on escalated issues. It is also expected that everyone is here to help with IT support requests regardless of their experience. This is a full- time (40 hours a week normally) remote position, hours range of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Although the position is remote, some travel could be expected depending on projects and physical hardware management requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolving IT Support Requests via our ticketing systems for on-site and remote employees
- Collaborate with on-site and remote IT employees
- Image, configure, & deploy workstations
- Troubleshoot IT support issues
- Windows OS functionality
- Network Connectivity (LAN, WAN, WLAN / IPV4, IPV6, DNS, VPN)
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Web Applications
- Printing / Scanning
- Active Directory / Azure Entra
- Group Policy and Azure Permissions Group management
- Azure Cloud Hosting

- SQL (Advanced Proficiency)
- Updating / Correcting SQL Data
- Investigating SQL Data Issues
- Establishing SQL Scripts to correct frequent data issues
- Approving proposed SQL Scripts from IT Team Members
- Database Maintenance
- IT Maintenance
- Participate in regular maintenance and testing
- Battery Backup Systems
- Failover Internet
- Data Backup & Restore
- Propose new IT Maintenance/Audits as needed
- Act as an escalation point for advanced IT Support issues

QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 Year Experience in an IT Support Position
- 2 Years Experience in a Systems/Network Administrator Position
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Networking+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, (preferred)
