Administrator!
About the Role: You'll manage and support Microsoft Azure and M365 Cloud
services, Endpoint Management including Windows OS and Mac OS, Network and related
infrastructure. Ensure security and reliability while reporting to the IT
Manager. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our business
operations.
Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to
Friday; After hours and weekends for emergencies, and escalation support.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Flexibility
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Network Management: Maintain DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliability.
- Systems Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune,
Azure cloud servers, and on-premises servers. Document system architectures and
processes.
- Security: Manage escalation and remediation of security alerts.
Who You Are:
Technical Experience:
- 2+ years with Microsoft 365 SaaS, Azure/Entra ID, Intune,
Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- 2+ years with Windows Defender and Microsoft365
Defender XDR.
- 3+ years with Windows OS administration and
networking.
- Knowledge of systems hygiene, cyber-defense, mobile
device management, and SharePoint Online.
Soft Skills:
- Approachable, eager to learn, excellent
communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive system management and collaboration with
stakeholders.
Certifications
- CompTIA Certifications
- Microsoft365 Certifications
- Basic Cybersecurity Accreditation
Requirement
- Valid BC driver's license and vehicle for travel to
dealerships when required.
