Reid Petroleum is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our expanding IT department. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview: This full-time hourly role involves a rotating on-call schedule. The ideal candidate will excel in installing and troubleshooting both hardware and software, as well as handling network connectivity issues. Experience with retail environments and point of sale systems is a plus. A company vehicle, all necessary tools and equipment, and a cell phone stipend will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair Windows PCs and peripherals (printers, scanners, HID), both remotely and in-person.
Handle Point of Sale (POS) systems, including troubleshooting, installation, and repair for NCR Radiant and Verifone Commander systems.
Maintain parts inventory and track assets following established procedures.
Perform low voltage infrastructure work, including running new cables, setting up network racks, and documenting connections.
Manage CCTV camera cabling, replacement, and DVR configuration.
Complete additional IT Technician duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Information Technology or relevant experience.
IT Certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+, MS MD-100, MCA Modern Desktop Administrator.
Proficiency with computer operating systems, primarily Microsoft Windows, and some Linux.
Understanding of basic computer networking, cabling standards, and VLAN segmentation.
Experience in retail or fuel retail environments is advantageous.
Strong multitasking, deadline management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Safe driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
Ability to adapt to changes in position responsibilities and job requirements as needed.
