The successful candidates will have an entry level background in Computer Technology. You may or may not have a lot of professional experience with computers, but you should have a passion for IT and be driven to advance your career. Although not required, the best candidates may be a recent graduate or even presently enrolled in college, university, or a tech school. You should have an outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal/conversational skills, and a genuine desire to help people. As a "First Responder" on our team, you will answer incoming calls for support and use specialized software to manage and escalate issues to the rest of the team. You will also monitor backup jobs, servers and other equipment for faults and decide the best way to resolve the issue.
