$20-$30 per hour plus Service Fee.

- Have a can-do attitude
- Skills required to the job (sheetrock patches, carpentry, change out plumbing and electrical fixtures, painting, etc.)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Drivers license
- Have an insured truck/van to haul tools and material
