Basic Responsibilities
• Configuration, imaging and asset-tag application of various desktop and laptop computers.
• Inventory-control management of product prepared for delivery.
• Scanning devices into a spreadsheet for inventory.
• Assisting with project-based moves or installations.
• Drive and deliver equipment within a 50-mile radius of Agilant’s DuPage County office.
• Maintain the company van.
Desired qualifications
• General knowledge of computers, particularly current Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with IT equipment deployment – preparation, imaging, delivery.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience with IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft application software-- Outlook, Teams, Word etc.
• Very good attention to details. Being meticulous on inventory and delivery paperwork.
• Technical experience in a professional IT environment
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new procedures as needed.
• Holds valid driver’s license.
• Capable of loading and unloading delivery van. Able to pick up and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours during normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Additional qualifications
• Other technical certifications (eg HPE, Microsoft, Network+)
• Experience using and troubleshooting MacOS
• Experience with low-voltage cabling
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN hardware and software
• Active Directory administration
• Healthcare applications (eg Epic)
Compensation
· $17-19/hr.
