Essential Functions:
- Present a professional image as a representative of the company.
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and every level of management.
- Provide technical support on hardware, software, telephone and printer issues
- Resolve trouble tickets for internal staff
- Set up new hire desks with computer equipment and phone login
- Answer technical inquiries
- Set up internal presentations that need audio and video assistance
- Troubleshoot any reported problems
- Phone set up and administration
- Continuously learning, primarily through self-instruction and hands on training.
- Providing system administration and documentation for all IT equipment, user support, and other technical functions as instructed.
- Maintains a safe working environment. Demonstrates awareness and implementation of applicable environmental, safety and health (ES&H) requirements while also alerting coworkers of such requirements as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to get along with co-workers, customers and visitors.
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to safety and quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Accountabilities
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during their “core” work hours. Overtime may be required as job demands.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
