Required Skills:
• Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards
• Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi factor authentication
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals
• Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends
• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
