DescriptionRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a technical capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in industries with stringent software quality requirements, such as aerospace, automotive, or defense.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with real-time systems, embedded software, or safety-critical applications.
- Certifications in software development or project management, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Security Clearance:
- Active or eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is required for this position.
