Trissential is seeking a Node.js Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client team in a mostly remote role with once a month onsite in Minneapolis, MN or Raleigh NC. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement full-stack features across the application stack using modern frameworks
Utilize Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to deliver value in iterative cycles
Build and manage cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS
Integrate AI solutions into business systems to enhance operations and outcomes
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and automated deployment
Write clean, well-documented code and create robust unit, integration, and automated tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions
Analyze technical challenges and implement innovative solutions
Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge to strengthen team expertise

Qualifications

Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React
Back-end expertise with Node.js and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with logging frameworks like Amazon CloudWatch RUM
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Experience leveraging AI/ML in production solutions
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Benefits

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
