WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...Biomeme is seeking an entry-level software engineer to help continue our development of modern, full-stack scientific and medical applications. Biomeme wholly engineers PCR tests, portable thermocyclers, and a cloud software system. The developer will be responsible for supporting the existing software team by developing components, test suites, styling applications, and building internal tooling and proof-of-concept applications. This is a growth position and the developer will be expected to expand their skills and responsibilities within the team over time
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
•Build functional, performant, and attractive React components
•Write unit and system tests
•Propose and make improvements to existing code and technology choices
•Learn how to effectively build and deploy products used worldwide
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE...(MUST HAVE)
•BS in computer science, computer engineering, or similar
•2-4 years of experience
•Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
•Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow
•Able to work as part of a fast-paced team with highly agile priorities
•Understanding of unit and system testing best practices
