- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Rust, C#, or C++.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to service architecture and RESTful API design.
- Embedded experience a plus
- Understanding of secure software development principles.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively across multiple tasks.
- Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

- Active or eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is preferred but not required for this position.
