JOB PURPOSE: Nuvative, Inc., Software developers design, analyze and build computer applications, middleware, and network control systems across a variety of departments, including Finance, Operations, Compliance, Marketing and Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the software design process by studying information needs; conferring with users; learning and incorporating new technology; making improvement suggestions
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture by producing clean, commented, tested, efficient code
- Test, debug, and fix code
- Configure systems and deploy code
- Respond to issue and bug reports in a timely fashion
- Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Protect company and customer data by keeping information confidential
